You have already experienced the first steps since last year with the operational alignments. The next major step is the legal merger, scheduled for May 1, 2025 (date to be confirmed), which will mark the official administrative consolidation.

What are the details of the planned legal merger in 2025?
The legal merger, scheduled for May 2025, concerns the French market only. It specifically involves VIR and AGEDISS. So JP HOME + remains a separate entity (formerly AB HOME). Our foreign subsidiaries are not affected.
By the end of April, we will provide you with a detailed update on the implications of this merger, primarily to reassure and support you through this administrative and banking transition.
Will this lead to changes in the general terms and conditions of sale?
Yes, a new version of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) will be implemented to harmonize the three existing versions within the French entity. Our goal is not to change the current conditions, but to unify them for better clarity and consistency. You will be informed in advance of any updates.
